Ticket Seller

Department: FPRH

Reports to: Treasurer

Position Classification: Union, Local 751

Position summary:

Ticket Seller is responsible for selling tickets at Frederick P. Rose Hall (home of Jazz at Lincoln Center) Box Office.

Responsibilities:

• Sale and fulfillment of all single ticket outlets (in-person; CenterCharge and internet).
• Provide excellent customer service
• Serve as back-up to Assistant Treasurer and Treasurer

Qualifications:

• Patrons Edge experience preferred.

Passion and/or knowledge of Jazz preferred.
