Director for Venue Business Operations

Reports to: Vice President of FPRH

Position Classification: Full-Time

Position summary:

Jazz at Lincoln Center is seeking a Director for Venue Business operations to join its management team.

Responsibilities:

• Broad oversight for front of house operations including a unionized box office, merchandising, and ensuring the successful implementation of the business model for our jazz club, Dizzy’s Club Coca Cola.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior leadership role in a complex arts, restaurant or hospitality environment required.
• Solid supervisory and fiscal management skills including payroll a must.
• Performing arts or entertainment experience and an affinity for jazz music preferred.

Passion and/or knowledge of Jazz preferred.
