Please follow the registration deadlines above for each term and note that registrations are taken on a term-by-term basis only. Classes are limited to ten parent-child pairs for the Stompers, Syncopators, and Gumbo and eight parent-child pairs for the Hipsters and Scatters, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The fee for an eight-week term is $300. You may register by faxing or mailing in your completed order form or by calling the WeBop! Registration line (Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm) at 212-258-9835 during the registration period. Spots are subject to availability. You will receive confirmation within two weeks of your order. Once enrolled in a term of WeBop! you will have priority to register for the following term before the public on-sale date.

Jazz at Lincoln Center reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient registration. In the event of cancellation, parents will be notified 1 week prior to the beginning of the term and offered a substitute class for the appropriate age group if available or a full refund will be issued. Teachers and classes are subject to change. For more information, please email webop@jalc.org or call 212.258.9835.

Refunds
Tuition fee is fully refundable up to two weeks prior to the start of each term. Up until two weeks after the term has begun, 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded. No refunds after the first two weeks of class.

Make-ups & Guests
Families are permitted a maximum of two (2) makeup-classes per term. All make-ups must be scheduled in advance, and may not be rescheduled if missed. Families may bring a maximum of one (1) guest without a child to a class, subject to space availability. Guest visits are kept to a minimum due to limited classroom space and in order to maintain the atmosphere and focus of the classes. All guest visits must be scheduled in advance. Please email webop@jalc.org or call 212-258-9835 to schedule a make-up class or guest visit.

Attendance
It is important that students attend class regularly due to the progressive nature of the curriculum and the trust and familiarity being developed with teachers and classmates. In the event of illness please see the make-up policy. If students miss multiple classes, attendance should be discussed with the teacher.

Location
Classes are held at Frederick P. Rose Hall, Home of Jazz at Lincoln Center at 60th & Broadway. Take the silver elevators next to the box office up to the 5th floor, and then take a left to enter the Irene Diamond Education Center (IDEC). The Louis Armstrong Classroom is the last room on the right.
