Raptive Media Help

Jazz at Lincoln Center uses the Raptive Media system to play audio and video files. This system uses standard browser plugins which must be installed in your browser for the system to work. These are standard players such as Windows Media Player, Silverlight, Quicktime, and VideoLAN.

For playback of audio files, the Raptive Media system uses either Microsoft's Silverlight player or the open-source media player VideoLAN.

Silverlight

If Silverlight is required in any browser, a link to the download site will automatically appear. Simply click on the "Install Silverlight" link and follow instructions.

VideoLAN

If your player looks like this but there is no audio, you probably need to install the VideoLAN player, which may be downloaded here.
