If you are already a subscriber, welcome back. One of the benefits of subscribing is the opportunity to get first right of refusal for renewing your subscription and the seats you had. Our renewal period is now open. On the next page, you will see a login box at the top-left of the screen. Please follow these instructions to renew your membership. When you click the link below it will open a new window so you can keep these instructions open in front of you as you step throught he process.

1) Login using your email address and password. If you don't remember your password, please select "Forgot Password?" after entering your email and your password will be emailed to you. Please DO NOT create a new account as your subscription options WILL NOT be available. If you need help with your login, please email Subscriber Services at subscriptions@jalc.org.

2) On this screen, please double-check your personal details to make sure they are correct. Then click on Subscription Renewal. If you don't want to renew your 2010-11 series, click on Buy New Subscription and you will be taken to a listing of the available subscription series.

3) Choose which series and seats you wish to renew by unselecting the ones you do not want on the next page (all series and seats are automatically checked for renewal) and click Add to Basket.

4) Please review your order on the next page. If something is incorrect, click Cancel Order and you will be prompted to log-in again to begin the process over. If you would like to add a new series to your subscription order, simply click Add On and you will be taken to a list of the available 2011-12 subscription series. If you are finished, please click Proceed to Checkout to finish the renewal process.
