Jazz at Lincoln Center presents two annual galas and many other special events throughout the season. Your ticket to a memorable evening supports our jazz programs for audiences of all ages. Each event reflects a unique jazz experience, from the entertaining and festive Spring Gala Benefit to the glamorous Fall Gala Benefit to the fun Family Benefit.
Fall Gala, Best of the Big Bands

The evening begins with a concert in Rose Theater and continues with a post-performance dinner throughout Rose Hall. The concert will celebrate the Best of the Big Bands and will feature Artistic Director Wynton Marsalis, with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra. They will be joined by special guest star vocalists singing chart-topping hits of the big band era, made immortal by the masters of the American orchestra: Count Basie, Benny Goodman, the Dorsey Brothers and more.
Family Benefit
Spring, 2008
Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Annual Family Benefit is a kid-and teen friendly celebration of jazz that benefits Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Education Programs. The event is appropriate for parents and children of all ages with live jazz performances, fun games and activities, a full barbecue buffet, and a live auction of signed musical instruments and memorabilia.
