9. How can I specify where I’d like to sit when ordering a subscription online?
All seating is completed by the Subscriptions department on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to make a specific seating request, please purchase your subscription within the general price level you are interested in (please refer to the seating chart for price levels and locations). After placing your order, you may email subscriptions@jalc.org to make your specific request. All seating is subject to availability, but we will do everything possible to accommodate your specific seat request.
10. I would like to change my seat locations. What can I do?
Please rest assured that we strive to accommodate all your seating requests, and if your request was not completed, it is only because it was unavailable. We strongly urge you to attend your first concert and try out your assigned seat locations before requesting any changes. If you would still like to change your seat locations after your first concert, please contact Subscription Services.
11. I chose the new FLEX FRIDAYS subscription package, but I have different seat locations for each performance in my subscription. Why?
Because you can choose any Friday night performance as part of our new Flex Fridays package, your concerts may span over multiple traditional series packages (i.e. JLCO, Singers Over Manhattan, etc.). Subscribers have the ability to keep their seats from the prior season, so available seating varies from series to series and thus, concert to concert. Unless you made a specific seating request, you were automatically given the best available seats according to the date you subscribed.
12. I have a FLEX FRIDAYS subscription but need to exchange my tickets for a different time or day of the week. Is that possible?
Yes. As a subscriber, you have the exclusive benefit of exchanging your tickets. Please note, however, that changing the day of the week of your concert (i.e. Thursday or Saturday), or exchanging into the 7:30pm set in The Allen Room would incur an incremental cost per ticket.
General Ticket Holder FAQs
1. Where can I view a seating chart of Rose Theater and The Allen Room?
Please refer to the following seating charts: Rose Theater | Allen Room.
2. I misplaced my tickets. How do I obtain replacements?
If you have misplaced your tickets, please email customerservice@jalc.org to arrange for location passes. We will have your location passes written and waiting for you at the Subscriber Services table outside the 5th floor of the Time Warner Center for Rose Theater performances, and outside the 6th floor for Allen Room performances. Please note that we are unable to reprint your original ticket once it has been lost, but your location pass will admit you into the theater and is valid for your same seat locations.
